Feast in the Forest
Wild Food Foraging & Campfire Cookery Course
A packed weekend of wild food foraging, spectacular wilderness cookery techniques & feasting on nature's bounty. A springtime wild food immersion to compliment our ever popular Autumn Fungi Course, this course focuses on fresh spring greens, wild salads, fish and shellfish campfire cookery and our now (semi!) famous 'Trash Can Pizza' night (improvised wood fired oven).
Learn how to ID safe edible plants and seaweed, prepare deserts for campfire cookery and make and bake homemade sourdough pizza in the woods. Also features our signature 'Aberfeldy Smokies' (our take on 'Arbroath Smokies', smoked in the woods!)
An ambitious and packed wild culinary experience which gives you the skills to use wild food in your outdoor cookery and the techniques to become a woodland chef extraordinaire.

The wood is full of wildlife and we are truly privileged to be able to run our courses from this special site.
